Our Story

Surely I Am My Sister, Inc. (SIAMS) was founded in 2018 with a vision to encourage women to prosper in purpose and fulfill their legacy by uplifting the next generation. The journey is a simple but powerful mission: to uplift and support women in their pursuit of education, business, and leadership. Focusing on empowerment through education, our mentorship program for college freshmen blossomed into a community where young women are inspired, encouraged, and prepared to step into their futures confidently.

Today, SIAMS serves both high school seniors and college students through mentorship, workshops, and leadership training that nurture the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. From personal growth to professional development, we create spaces where girls and young women feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive.

With a growing network of mentors across Louisiana, New York, Washington, D.C., Texas, and Georgia, SIAMS continues to build bridges to brilliance, helping each young woman discover her path and walk it with confidence.
